Production Process: Soft Dried Fruit
Natural ripe fruit → Washing → Peeling →Slicing → Blanching at 95oC within 3 minutes to destroy all bacteria → Add 1% sugar → Drying at 30oC up to 70 hours → Packaging → Finished products.
